* All orders require a processing time of 7-10 business days
*Please allow 3-4 days for shipping via USPS, all wigs are signature required by a person 18+
*Please make sure you have the correct cap size for your order, refunds nor exchanges will be granted due to incorrect cap size.
*Overnight shipping will require same processing time unless a rush fee is paid of $75.00
*Once your order has been processed, a shipping number will be emailed automatically.
*All wigs are final sale, if you are unsatisfied with your unit please contact us immediately (items that has been worn or lace that has been cut, or if the wig is not in the original state) refunds will NOT be granted.
